It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only 2.............
Imagine all the people
Living for 3..........

Imagine there's no 4...........
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the 5..............
Living life in peace

You may say that I'm a 6...............
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as 7............

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you 8..............
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the 9...............

You may say that I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope 10.................. you'll join us
And the world will live as one

SPRING POEM

Dirty Socks

My socks were very dirty,

So I washed them in the lake.

It wasn't long before

I knew I'd made a big mistake.

The water changed from clear to mud.

Then fumes began to rise.

And soon a cloud of air pollution

Covered up the skies.

When bullfrogs started croaking

And ducks began to quack,

Some campers started chanting,

"We want our clean lake back."

I've got a pile of dirty socks.

I'm in an awful bind.

I guess I'll have to bury them.

I hope the worms don't mind.
